Refund policy

PREORDER POLICIES

1. Customers can cancel their preorder anytime before the order is fulfilled for a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Preorderes will be shipped after the release date of the product, each product has its own individual release date in their description.
3. If want to make a cancelation after product release date or fulfillment, please contact us to do it, as it needs our manual cancelation for that. You can still cancel your order for a full refund unless is has been shipped already. 
4. In case of preorder delays, customers can cancel their preorder for a full refund no questions asked, or wait until the product is fulfilled by us.
5. There is no penalty on canceling a preorder.
6. Preorder payments are payed in full when placing the preorder, as products are secure for our clients.  

All sales are final and no returns or refunds are possible once the item is received. If anything please let us know.
